We will explore the understanding that, like all ministry, a women’s ministry needs to be relevant, changing with the times and being about real women living in the real world with all of the very real things that they face. Prophecy Revisited
Bruce Latshaw [The Barn Vineyard]
The Vineyard was envisioned by our founder, John Wimber to be “the best of evangelicalism and the best of neo-pentecostalism.” John made room for the ministry of the nine gifts of the Spirit to be featured breakthroughs of the kingdom of God. In this workshop, veteran Vineyard pastor Bruce Latshaw explores the dynamics of “naturally supernatural” prophetic ministry in a local church context. Instruction with Q & A will be followed by a clinic that demonstrates and unpacks how prophecy is given by the Spirit and released by Jesus followers.

Recovering Your Call
Host: Mike Turrigiano [The Main + Plain]
Lots of pastors suffer in silence. Overwhelmed, discouraged, and unhappy with their jobs. Unwilling or unable to seek help or even talk about it. On the verge of giving up. Why? Is it simply the stress? Have they simply run out of gas? For many it runs deeper than that. It’s a crisis of calling. Pastors are increasingly doubting whether they’re suited for the job. A recent Barna study reported 55 percent of the pastors polled going through significant periods of doubt concerning their call to the ministry. Up from 24 percent seven years earlier. What’s needed is a redefining and revitalization of their calling to pastoral ministry.
Mike Turrigiano, veteran of over five decades of ministry and founder and director of the Main & Plain, a ministry that cares for ministry leaders, will lead a discussion on “recovering your call”. This workshop is not just for pastors in crisis but for ministry leaders that want to strengthen their sense of call so they can last and thrive in ministry over the long haul.
