Join us for a special 2-day conference

“Breaking Barriers”

with special guest speaker Brian Anderson

September 26 - 27, 2025

A message from Phil Chorlian, Vineyard East Regional Leader…

We have an incredible opportunity ahead of us — that more people are asking questions about faith and wondering if they need God in their life, more now than ever before.

During this conference, Brian Anderson (Vineyard Church North Phoenix) and I will be leading a discussion about how our church ministries can be more effective, reach more people, and break any barriers we might currently be facing.

This conference is for churches of all sizes — whether you’re trying to break the 50 barrier, 100, 200, 500 … the principles are the same. What’s really important is that you spend time asking questions and evaluating where you currently are, and even more so that you do it with a team. We’re hoping if you have ministry staff and/or significant lay leaders that you bring them with you so that together you can figure out what the important next steps are for your church  and work together as a team to bring about necessary changes.

Some of the topics we’ll be discussing are:

  • how to develop a more robust leadership pipeline

  • how to cast a clear and compelling vision

  • how to help your people be excited about sharing their faith and inviting people to come to church with them

  • how to preach to insiders and outsiders at the same time

  • and how to make it easier for people to get involved and connect with the life of your church at all levels

We’d love to see every church in our region engaging and participating in this important discussion. We believe this will have a lasting impact on your ministry and your church, and we hope you’ll join us!
